Planned service

OneShot, operated by Art Official Works LLC, is preparing a guided Texas single-member LLC formation service. The intended service includes a company workspace, document preparation, an authorized Texas filing workflow, returned formation documents, a company agreement, and EIN fulfillment after verified Texas acceptance and legal effectiveness. This scope is for an ordinary Texas LLC with one individual member and member-managed governance, and an eligible domestic EIN applicant. Art Official Works LLC is the service provider; the proposed LLC is not. Availability depends on completion of launch verification.

Pricing and payment

The planned initial price is a $99 OneShot service fee including standard Texas LLC and EIN fulfillment, plus a separately itemized $300 advance for the standard Texas filing fee, for a $399 starting total in USD before applicable tax or extras. The $300 advance is used at exact cost without markup or deduction for processing expenses. OneShot absorbs processing expenses under the payment-agency terms. Necessary fax/postage costs and unresolved route-specific extras must be disclosed and resolved before use; no additional charge is authorized by this preview. No payment is collected on this public preview. Before taking payment, we will show the complete quote, included services, any tax or optional charges, and the applicable order terms.

Delivery and timing

The planned service delivers progress and documents through a signed-in workspace. Preparing a filing is different from submitting it or receiving state acceptance. Government processing times and requests for correction may affect completion. No delivery date, instant EIN, or government approval is promised by this preview. The actual owner/responsible party and a named third-party designee use distinct routes and authority. Personal signatures, designee authority and final submission approval are separate from payment. EIN assignment is not receipt of the official IRS notice. For an online designee application, the IRS mails the notice to the taxpayer, who securely uploads it to OneShot. An owner applicant’s actual save/print or mail election is recorded separately. We follow up until the official notice is retained and secure delivery is complete.

Cancellation and refunds

There are currently no public paid orders to cancel or refund. The published cancellation and refund policy preserves a full $99 service-fee and associated-tax refund before submission, rights for failure to provide the purchased service, and separate treatment of actual government charges. A versioned agreement and complete quote must be reviewed before any paid order. Scope limits

Registered-agent service, expedited state handling, other entity types, and filings in other states are not included in the starting price. The IRS issues EINs without an IRS fee. OneShot is not a law firm or government agency and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
