A clearer path to your company

One setup.
Every next step.

Our launch service is being built for ordinary, single-member, member-managed Texas LLCs. More states will follow as we verify each state’s filing process.

01

Start with what you want to build.

With OneShot connected, ChatGPT asks the few questions it still needs before sending you here. After your first review, your future companies can reuse your setup and start with one sentence.

The connected workspace is currently in restricted testing.

02

Review the details. Give your approval.

Review the company information, fees, and filing authority in OneShot. The planned service includes preparing the Texas filing for your approval and handling the state portal on your behalf.

03

We handle the filing steps.

Once the service launches, an authorized filing will be submitted through the Texas Secretary of State’s process. A prepared document is not a submitted filing; submission and state acceptance will be tracked separately.

04

Come back for your company documents.

Your planned workspace brings together filing progress, returned state documents, your company agreement, and EIN fulfillment after verified state acceptance and legal effectiveness. EIN assignment and receipt of the official IRS notice are tracked separately. Sign in again when you need your records.

Planned launch pricing

Your idea deserves
a clear starting price.

A one-time $99 service fee for standard Texas LLC formation and EIN fulfillment within our supported scope. State fees are shown separately so you know where your money is going.

Before we launch

A few good questions.

Can I form my company through OneShot today?

Not yet. This is our public business preview while we complete testing and verify the filing process. We are not accepting paid formation orders, filing submissions, or sensitive application information on this website.

Who operates OneShot?

OneShot is operated by Art Official Works LLC. For questions about the service, contact oneshot.llc@proton.me.

Mailing/correspondence only; not a storefront.

Will I have to type everything into the state website again?

Our planned service handles the Texas portal using the information you review in OneShot and the authority you give us. You will review and approve the actual filing through OneShot before it is transmitted.

Is a prepared document proof that my LLC exists?

No. Preparing a document, submitting it, and receiving state acceptance are different steps. Your LLC’s formation depends on the state’s acceptance and the filing’s effective date.

How will I receive my EIN and IRS notice?

The planned service tracks assignment separately from the official notice. For an online third-party-designee application, the IRS mails the notice to the taxpayer, who securely uploads it to OneShot. An owner applicant may have a save/print or mail choice in the actual application. We follow up until the notice is retained and secure document delivery is complete. No instant result or government turnaround is promised.

Is OneShot a government agency or law firm?

No. OneShot is an independent business-formation service, operated by Art Official Works LLC. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. State approval, name availability, and processing times are not guaranteed.

Will you support other states or company types?

Our goal is to expand to all 50 states. We will verify each state’s actual filing requirements and process before offering it. At launch, our planned scope is ordinary Texas LLCs with one member and member-managed governance.
