OneShot is preparing to launch. This website does not accept paid formation orders, collect payments, or authorize us to file anything for you. The payment and refund policy below describes the terms for future paid orders; viewing this page does not create a service engagement or payment agency.
About OneShot
OneShot is the customer-facing brand of a business-formation service operated by Art Official Works LLC. We are an independent provider, not a government agency, law firm, accounting firm, or tax adviser. Information on this website is general and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Preview scope and availability
Our planned $99 service includes standard Texas formation fulfillment for the reviewed LLC with one individual member and member-managed governance, a company agreement, EIN fulfillment for an eligible domestic applicant, and secure delivery of available official formation and IRS records. Art Official Works LLC is the service provider, not the proposed LLC. Registered-agent service, expedited handling, other entity types and other states are excluded. Public access to the customer service is not yet available. Features, availability, and pricing may change before launch. We will present the actual service scope, complete fees, and applicable terms before a customer places a paid order.
EIN fulfillment and official records
EIN fulfillment begins only after official Texas acceptance and verified legal effectiveness. The IRS charges $0 to issue an EIN; the OneShot service fee is not an IRS fee. The actual individual member and responsible party may apply for their own LLC, or a separately named individual designee may apply with the required signed authority. Payment does not supply personal signatures, designee authority or government submission approval.
EIN assignment and official-notice receipt are separate. For an online designee application, the IRS mails the notice to the taxpayer, who securely provides it for retention and delivery in the workspace. An owner applicant’s actual online save/print or mail choice is recorded separately; choosing a method does not establish receipt. OneShot follows up until the notice is retained and secure document delivery is complete. Missing notice evidence remains an open task even after assignment. No instant result or government processing deadline is promised.
Pricing and tax for future orders
The initial price is a $99 OneShot service fee plus a separately itemized $300 advance for the standard Texas formation filing fee: $399 USD before applicable tax or approved extras. For payment and tax setup, the OneShot service is classified as Website Data Processing. Applicable tax will be calculated at checkout using the seller and customer locations and applicable sourcing rules. Stripe will display the final total for your review and approval before payment.
The $300 state-fee advance will be treated as nontaxable only when collected under an executed, separate written payment-agency agreement and supported by the actual transaction controls described below. Separate itemization alone does not establish that treatment. Additional government charges or optional extras require a fresh quote and your affirmative approval. Necessary fax/postage costs and unresolved route-specific extras must be disclosed and resolved before use; this preview authorizes no new charge. The processing-expense promise below remains unchanged.
Separate, limited state-fee payment agency
Before we collect a state-fee advance, you must affirmatively accept a versioned agreement identifying you, the proposed LLC, the approved formation details, the order, and the $300 fee cap. You, the individual customer, are the principal because the proposed LLC does not yet exist. Under that agreement, you appoint Art Official Works LLC, operating OneShot, as your limited agent to pay the Texas Secretary of State's $300 formation filing fee on your behalf for that order, and we accept that appointment.
We will use your $300 advance only for that government fee, at exact cost, without markup or deduction for our processing expenses. We will record the full advance as a customer liability and will not use another customer's money to fund your filing. Our processing expenses are absorbed by OneShot.
You control the payment instruction and may revoke it before submission. After submission, cancellation depends on the filing's status and any outstanding state charge. Payment agency is separate from the $99 service, any organizer appointment, document signatures, and final filing approval. We will not submit the formation until you separately approve the final documents. Changed filing details or additional government charges require fresh approval.
State-fee refunds and uncertain charges
We will refund unused state-fee funds and pass through any government-fee refund we actually receive. If a filing is rejected without a state charge, we will refund the advance unless you authorize resubmission. If a state charge or refund is pending or uncertain, the affected funds will remain on hold until the outcome is resolved; they will not be treated as available for another payment or refund.
Each state payment, receipt, and refund must relate to the same order. We will provide the state receipt or other available payment evidence. State-fee refunds will be recorded against the original invoice's state-fee line, separately from the service fee and its tax. This policy does not represent that funds are held in escrow or in a verified segregated account.
Service cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before the filing is submitted, the full $99 service fee and associated tax are refundable. After submission, the service fee is ordinarily earned. This does not limit refunds for OneShot's failure to provide the purchased service or rights required by law. State-fee refunds follow actual state charges independently of service-fee refunds.
No filing or outcome guarantee
Browsing this website, contacting us, or seeing a prepared document does not create an LLC, submit a filing, reserve a company name, or request an EIN. Government agencies determine acceptance and processing. We do not guarantee name availability, approval, processing time, banking eligibility, tax treatment, or business results.
Website use
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading information. The OneShot name, brand assets, and original website content belong to their respective owners.
Future orders
A formation engagement will require the appropriate service agreement, accurate customer information, payment where applicable, and explicit filing authority. The website preview is not an executed agreement and does not activate paid ordering. Review our service and cancellation page for the current prelaunch scope and availability.
